Greetings Ringio fans!  I wanted to take a moment during this busy time to introduce myself and give you an update on things here.  As you already know, Ringio has enjoyed very quick, explosive growth.  The primary driver of that growth has been the tireless work of our development team, which has given us and each of you, our powerful product.

Recently, I accepted the position of Director of Sales here at Ringio.  Having spent 6 years in the Wireless industry, and 6 more in the Security/Business Automation industry with leaders such as Nextel, Verizon, and ADT, I can tell you that Ringio has a product that some of the largest companies in the world work for years to develop and implement.  We are proud of the money we save our customers, the performance of our product, and even more proud that with Ringio, your customers are treated better than your competitors’ customers.

My duty moving forward is to represent our unique brand to the masses.  It is an exciting time.  Thank you to those of you that have joined us already.  You will see things in the near future like loyalty programs, that will allow you to save even more money by spreading the Ringio message.  You will see fresh new promotions that will come available, for both new and existing customers.  You will see more and more businesses, just like you, making the intelligent decision to treat their customers better and save their hard earned money.

CIT invests in Ringio

I’m happy to announce that the Center for Innovative Technology GAP Funds has become Ringio’s first institutional investor. We’re thrilled to have them join in the effort to bring call center technology to the SMB masses.

This investment is going to allow us to accelerate the development of highly requested features, expand our growing customer base, and better serve our white-label partners, and couldn’t have come at a better time when we’re seeing critical momentum in the adoption of our social PBX offering.

The Ringio team is hard at work on delivering an awesome 2012 for our community. And we’re thankful for all the support we have received from the metro Washington DC high tech community, and in particular CIT.
