A Gift for Your Sales Team: Ringio Mobile PBX for Android
If you’re running or part of a small or medium-sized business, then you’re intimately familiar with the following realities:
- You don’t have enough people to handle the workload.
- The people you do have are busy, on the go, and rarely in the same place at the same time.
- Keeping current customers is priority #1.
- Getting new customers is priority #1a.
- Every last dollar made or saved counts.
Here’s the last reality – anyone involved in retaining customers or acquiring new ones uses the phone – a lot. While the use of email and tweeting may impact a prospect’s experience, ask any successful sales representative how deals are actually closed, and they will tell you it still happens through personal contact over the phone or in-person.
So how do you create a phone system that not only routes calls to the appropriate person, but knows who is available and who is not, and also shares caller data amongst team members? And how about if this phone system contained all of the above features on your team’s mobile phones, as well as their desktops?
This is what Ringio launched last month, and today marks another major milestone for our users. Ringio is now part of the Android Marketplace, and the recent launch of our Android application for mobile devices finally puts the power of large call centers in the hands of small business employees.
Ringio delivers call-center-style screen-pop and call-routing functionality to small and medium businesses, and is fully integrated with Google Contacts and Gmail. This means that any company using corporate Google Contacts or employees’ individual Gmail accounts can now use the information stored there to radically improve its phone-based customer interactions.
Mobile access to all of your customer and prospect information, shared between all of your team members. Think that might help you deliver better customer service and/or acquire a few new customers? Take it for a spin for free – sign up and then download the mobile app.
One more quick note: If you are an Android phone user, you can find the Ringio app by searching for “Ringio” or “PBX”on your phone. And by all means, if you’re ready to give Ringio a try, why not give us a call at 888-727-5776 – we do things like email and tweet too, but we tend to think the phone works a whole lot better for delivering personalized customer service.

I’ve deployed Ringio at one of my three agencies and I’m very impressed so far. Having experience with three different Avaya Partner voice systems that were not integrated, the cloud based approach, user feature, & CRM component a “no brainier” for small business’s with less than 50 employees.
