Ringio was fully restored by the midnight of March 9.

  1. We’re considering moving from Fonality to Ringio.
    Please help me with a comparison.

    Regarding today’s outage at Ringio, I also experienced an outage at Fonality and with my GoToMeeting service.
    It seems something bigger was happening.

    5:32 PM update – our system is running in a degraded capacity. We have been able to restore 20% of our capacity.

    9:11 PM update – no change in status. Investigations continue regarding the root cause of the problem.

    11:35 PM update – our engineering team has found all the sources of the issue. They are developing and testing a system patch which we expect to roll out within the hour that should fully restore the system.

  7. Company # service has been restored.

    1:13 A update – sytem has been restored. Engineers are checking full recovery. Please report any malfunctions via support@ringio.com

    We will be sending more information about the outage over the weekend.
