Michael is responsible for Ringio’s long term strategy, investor and analyst relations, business and partnership development, and evangelism. Prior to Ringio, Michael was founder and CEO of Angel.com, a leading service provider of speech and IVR solutions, where he pioneered voice solutions and attracted more than 2,000 business customers with more than $12M in recurring revenue. Previously, he conceptualized and launched product lines for MicroStrategy (NASD:MSTR), generating more than $250 million in revenues. In 2004, Speech Technology Magazine named Michael among its “Top 10 Leaders in the Speech Industry.”

Sam Aparicio – Co-Founder & COO
A widely recognized thought leader in the areas of usability, interface design and software innovation, and an entrepreneur at heart, Sam is a frequent speaker at technology events and author of numerous articles on technology, product design, and management. Sam drives Ringio’s strategy and tactics, customer and revenue acquisition, marketing, and product management. Prior to Ringio, Sam was the CTO at Angel.com, where he was responsible for the company’s technology strategy and the design, implementation and successful launch of its award-winning Virtual Call Center product. Sam is fascinated by all aspects of collaboration and communication, and is an expert in designing highly fault-tolerant enterprise SaaS technology.

Ashish Soni – Co-Founder, President & CTO
As a technology executive with broad experience ranging from enterprise software to SaaS companies, Ashish has a keen interest in applying data to make decisions and measure their effectiveness across a number of fields, including software engineering, operations and software quality. He is a highly accomplished expert in building high-availability, scalable, cloud computing systems, having managed more than 40 major software releases and the successful buildout of multiple high-availability data centers over the course of his career. Ashish leads all aspects of Ringio’s technology development, operations and finance. Prior to Ringio, Ashish was VP of Technology and Operations at Angel.com where he led the company’s operations, quality and software-engineering programs. Under Ashish’s leadership, the Angel.com technology platform enabled revenue growth from zero to $12 million annually. He holds degrees in computer science from Albright College and Cornell University.
