Ringio is priced on a flat-fee model for unlimited local minutes on a per user basis. Each user is a person taking/making phone calls.

- Unlimited telephone use with a local company phone number
- One toll-free or local number for the company (a Ringio Company Line)
- One optional additional local number for each user (Ringio Personal Line). These are the “direct” numbers for employees.

PBX Extras
- Extra Company Line phone number with its own greeting and routing options: $10/mo
- Call Reporting: $10/user/mo.
- Call Recording: $10/user/mo. (Minimum 2 users)
- Transfer phone number from other provider: $35 one time.
- Toll-free minutes are 3.9c/min (or 4.9c/min for Canadian toll-free numbers)
