Ringio is priced on a per-user basis. Each user is a person taking/making phone calls.
- 1 or 2 users: $49/mo
- 3 users: $74/mo
- 4 users: $99/mo
- then $25/mo for each extra user.
- We have special pricing for accounts larger than 10 users.
What’s included
- Unlimited incoming and outgoing US and Canada calls on all numbers
- One toll-free or local number for the company (a Ringio Company Line)
- One optional additional local number for each user (Ringio Personal Line). These are the “direct” numbers for employees.

PBX Extras
- Extra Company Line phone number with its own greeting and routing options: $10/mo
- Professionally recorded audio greeting: $10 one time. (You own this file)
- Call Recording is $10/user/mo. (Minimum 2 users)
- Transfer phone number from other provider: $35 one time.
Other Details
- You can cancel at any time.
- If you subscribe, your first 30 days are still free, even if you provide us with your credit card on day 1.
- You can add or remove users at any time. Once a month, on your anniversary subscription date, we count the number of users you have in your account and we bill you accordingly for the next month.
