Regardless of whether you choose a national or local number, that’s the only number you’ll ever have to choose. We operate using your existing phone lines, whether landline or mobile.

 

 

Configure Auto-Attendant

Advanced Routing Options

You know best who needs to take the calls, when and where. Ringio lets you configure your optimal routing option for each of your departments. From time-based, to standard round robin to escalating routing, where employees are always tried based on availability in a certain order. If ‘time to answer’ is of the essence, set your routing to ‘call blast’ and Ringio will call your entire team or company simultaneously to make sure the customer gets taken care of as quickly as possible.

 

Employee Phone Lines

Sync, Log & Trigger

In addition to the ability to sync Ringio with external SaaS systems on a scheduled basis using the REST API, Ringio also offers the option to trigger a custom script in real-time when a call comes in.  This opens up a whole set of possibilities from dynamically generating Caller Questionnaires on Services like Wufoo, to pulling up the latest support tickets or other real-time reports associated with a particular caller from a remote web service.
