In addition to the ability to sync Ringio with external SaaS systems on a scheduled basis using the REST API, Ringio also offers the option to trigger a custom script in real-time when a call comes in.  This opens up a whole set of possibilities from dynamically generating Caller Questionnaires on Services like Wufoo, to pulling up the latest support tickets or other real-time reports associated with a particular caller from a remote web service.
