  • We provide you with a .csv report that contains your call detail records on a monthly/weekly/daily basis
  • Each record contains: Date/time, Caller ID, CallerName (the name of the Contact that the Ringio system matched), UserID (the name of the employee that got the call), TransferringTo (Department), CallDuration (to the millisecond), Voicemail URL (a link to an .mp3 file with a voicemail, if one was left), DNIS (phone number that was called), Unique ID of the call (for your pivots), Call Outcome (Completed, Voicemail, Callback, Missed…), Direction (Inbound / Outbound).
  • You then import this file into your favorite tool (Excel, Google Spreadsheet) or crank out a script to parse the information
  • If you’re a programmer, you can also access the call records in real-time via REST API
