Call Whisper, or call screening, is used by team members to determine who is calling before accepting the call. While the caller typically hears on-hold music or even continued ringing, Ringio is notifying the call recipient of the identity of the caller. At that point, the call recipient can choose to take the call, send the call into voicemail, or even redirect the call to another team member.
